What are your rates?

All fees are based upon a 50-minute session

• Intake – $220
• Individual – $190
• Clinical Supervision – $125 per 60 minute session.

I do offer a limited amount of sliding-scale fees. This can be discussed during our initial consultation.

Do you accept insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies. I am a contracted provider with Kaiser Permanente and United Health/Optum.

How do I get reimbursed by my insurance company?

I am fully licensed and credentialed, which means all your insurance company needs from you is your proof of payment. Once you have paid for your session(s), I will provide you with a statement including all relevant codes and amounts. If you choose to use your insurance company, please be sure to ask them the following questions:

• Does my insurance cover mental-health by a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)?
• What percentage will you reimburse?
• Do I have to meet a deductible before getting reimbursed?
• Is there a limit to the amount of sessions you reimburse?

How can I make a payment?

I accept cash, credit cards, HSA cards, and checks. Payment is due in full at the beginning of each session. I do not store credit card information at this time.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
