About:

I am so happy you are here. It takes a lot of courage to take the first step in your mental health wellness journey. I am grateful to be a part of it and walk beside you on this journey. In this wild, ever-changing world we live in it is so important to take care of yourself and your mental health.

I provide non-judgmental, supportive counseling to individual adolescents, adults and couples who might be experiencing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, difficulty with life transitions, stress, and trauma. I encompass the belief that every individual has great strength within them that can help them overcome anything that may be in their path. Sometimes that strength needs to be rediscovered and brought to the surface.  With my compassion, active listening skills, and empathetic approach to counseling my goal is that I can help you find that strength and use it to help guide you back to a path that you feel happy with. I value the therapeutic relationship and will work to establish a strong healthy relationship with you that will foster the change you wish to see in yourself and your life.

Let’s have a conversation and figure out how to guide you back to the path you want to be on.

I am currently enrolled at the University of Wisconsin Superior in their online Counseling Clinical Mental Health program. I am set to graduate with my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health in Spring 2024.
