Anna Davidson, MA
We all have times in our lives when we need a little help...it's part of being human. I work with adults ages 18 and up. I provide individual counseling services to adults struggling with anxiety, depression, grief & loss, life transitions, self-esteem issues, stress, and trauma, among other concerns. I have a warm, genuine approach and strive to provide a safe, comfortable, and inviting space for everyone.
I believe that the therapeutic alliance between a counselor and client is of utmost importance. This is why I take the time to truly get to know each person I work with. My approach is eclectic, and catered to each client's individual needs. I use a variety of evidence-based therapies combined with useful techniques to help clients heal and cope.
Therapy is different for every person. The most transformative and powerful changes happen when clients are truly willing to look inside and take responsibility for changing their lives. Courage isn't a lack of fear, but the willingness to face your fear. Please know that I will be by your side as you journey through this life-changing process.
I graduated from George Fox University in 2023, earning my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
