All fees are based upon a 50-minute session:
- Intake – $150
- Individual – $125
- Couples – $150
I do offer a limited amount of sliding-scale fees. This can be discussed during our initial consultation.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
Do you accept my insurance?
I am considered an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies.
How do I get reimbursed from my insurance company?
I am fully licensed and credentialed, which means all your insurance company needs from you is your proof of payment. Once you have paid for your session(s), I will provide you with a statement including all relevant codes and amounts. If you choose to use your insurance company, please be sure to ask them the following questions:
- Does my insurance cover mental-health by a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)?
- What percentage will you reimburse?
- Do I have to meet a deductible before getting reimbursed?
- Is there a limit to the amount of sessions you reimburse?
How do I pay for my sessions?
I accept cash, credit cards, HSA cards, and checks. Payment is due in full at the beginning of each session. I do not store credit card information at this time.
